Responsibilities include:

  • Management of the day-to-day operations and execution of clinical trials to ensure the trial activities are conducted per ICH/GCP and regulatory compliance;
  • Serves as primary clinical operations contact managing protocol execution;
  • Plan and manage clinical trial(s) including: participating in the selection of investigators and study sites;
  • Serve as a primary contact for the sites, responding to issues and recommending corrective actions, as well as discussing recruitment issues;
  • Responsible for clinical trial data quality provided by vendors and sites;

  • Prepare project and study-related documents including: informed consent forms, clinical trial outlines, monitoring plans, synopses, protocols and amendments, IND Annual Updates, NDAs, and other documents as required;
  • Manage project timelines and vendor performance;
  • Manage budget and payment process for all clinical trial vendors including sites;
  • Responsible to closely monitor study status metrics during start up, maintenance and closeout through database lock;
  • Leads trial risk mitigation activities;
  • Financial management responsibilities for certain vendors;
  • Key content leader for vendor oversight plans and will have responsibility for certain vendor oversight plans;
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining study specific ICFs;
  • Prepare sections of protocol and amendments.
  • Develop and maintain guidance and process instruction documents, maintain study documents (consent templates, site procedural instructions etc.); and,
  • Act as study team lead for internal and external study team meetings.

Job Description:

Accounts receivable duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain up-to-date billing system;
